New government

Apparently we have a new government after 191 days; Verhofstadt was able to turn the key where Leterme was not. But will we notice the difference?

New Government
A provisional government, or whatever they care to call it. That sounds like an arrangement for some banana republic (with apologies to banana republics). Electorally losing parties are now guaranteed participation in an interim government. Will we notice the difference? Did we notice anything before -- during those six months?

I propose to make "Seeing" by José Saramago (reviews by Ursula K. Le Guin) and by Michael Wood) required reading for politicians, especially in Belgium.

Hey it only took > 6 months to get a government that will selfdestruct in 3 months.

Maybe after helping in Cyprus you'll offer your services in this 'simple' conflict?

Yes, you're not the first person to suggest that!
