101000, no clue needed; I think that's your easiest sequence yet. (Thought process, roughly, differences 4, 6, 8, er not 10 but 50... um... looks a bit like bases... numbers getting smaller which works... suppose 42 was base 10 and then it counted back... 132 in base 4 is, um, 42! Bingo!)

If you parse "What is next in this sequence" as "what goes in the empty space between the first and second number" it gets a lot harder :-)
