That first article basically comes down to "we lost the fight to remain in the EU because we never believed in the EU either and couldn't be bothered putting our case together". Half of it is whinging that other EU members didn't agree with the UK's demands.

It's a remarkably insightless rant, which seeks to place the blame squarely on everybody else rather than admitting that maybe, just maybe, if Cameron hadn't been totally uninterested in prioritizing foreign policy -- of which the EU is part, from the UK perspective -- from the very beginning, this fiasco didn't need to happen.
