I'm intrigued by this >>The Global(ized) Game: A Geopolitical Guide to the 2014 World Cup by Harrison Stark<< and will be interested in your write up of Madame Bovary, mostly because I only know it through the wailing complaints of a friend who (voluntarily) read it for her French A-Level.
