I've got CD&V for Flemish government( with SPA on the second place), SPA for federal government, didn't try the European one.
the one thing that stayed the same was that NVA was on the bottom each time. Below even the Vlaams Belang. I guess I always knew I didn't like that party

I suspect that, like me, you are too fond of foreigners for some of them!!!!

That and I really really don't want to separate Belgium. I hate the focus on federalization and would probably be happier if they dropped he Flemish, Walloon and Brussels government and just kept it one belgian government where you vote for Belgian parties focusing on the entire country, not just one region of it.

This country wastes way too much money on separation and in the long run it's only making things worse.

I honestly do not get where the NVA gets the idea that separating the country would do anything aside of making us even more of a mockery than we already there, political wise.

Well that and I believe in the monarchy. it does no good to have a president. I really don't want the leader of the country to be voted in on popularity.

I'm actually neutral on the question of separation - I didn't grow up here, I'm merely a naturalised citizen - but I do notice that the parties who support it tend to be those who I would never vote for, for other reasons!!!

I think it's because the parties who favor separation, are the same ones who like to use scapegoats to blame for everything that's wrong, because dealing with the actual problems plaguing the country would take too much work.

Eep! Apparently I'm a Shinnerbot!

"Sinn Féin at 86%"

Same score for PUP, though. At least for LG purposes, which is admittedly fairly moot since I've never lived in Norn Irn, and am considerably sketchier on the local stuff than on "national" (or regional, or provincial, or whatever you're having yourself) issues. I'd likely have actually voted for SDLP... who've tying with the DUP for worst match at 36%.

From your Belgian survey, I learned that a) my French is *really* rusty (I transposed from the Flemish link to the Wallonian version in the mistaken hope I'd not have to fall back on Google Translate for that one), and b) there's some key differential between the Dutch-speaking Greens and the French-speaking ones. My matches were Groen > PS > ecolo. I suppose not a huge surprise: there was a tongue-in-cheek discussion here about the Real Greens vs the Continuity Greens, following a few high-profile splits, exits, and bouts of effective electoral extinction. Without even getting into the NGL, which is a Eurogroup I haven't actually met in the wild, so have no useful handle on.

ETA: oh, and on the MyVote2014 one, I'm an 100% match for the S&D group. I feel like such a party placeman. (Never actually voted for Labour back in the UK; in Ireland, voting "Liberal" is not an option I'd consider socially acceptable...)

oh man. The Meat Loaf et all case is one I'm interested in because I love the music and I was mildly aware of the difficullties, but not nearly to the extent they're chronicled there. Thanks for that link.

Sadly my Flemish (?) isn't good enough for the first one, but for the others I get the somewhat expected mix of Greens and lefts (particularly a Slovakian party I'd never even heard of).

You can also do it in French, and at the end you'll get an option to throw in the Flemish party options too (or for the national/federal election you do, at least).

Of course, if you're anything like me, that might turn out not to help a whole lot!
