I don't think anyone in Stockholm is too worried about Pyongyang's reaction to their foreign minister's Facebook updates.

And I don't think many people in North Korea are on Facebook at all...

Reminds me of the apocraphyal story about Chris Patten patiently trying to explain the concept of 'elections' to Kim Il Sung. North Korea's Most Heroic Light Of The Peoples Destiny simply couldn't get his head round it...

Apparently his civil servants, to their frustration, sometimes learn about important policy announcements from his blog, but this is ridiculous.
