General rule of thumb

When the person you are arguing with claims to be able to read your mind, it is probably time to walk away from the argument.

Uh oh... wondering if this is after a face-to-face encounter? (I can certainly understand it after an internet encounter, but there are so many of those they almost are not worth noting these days.)

Crazy(and hoping this passes, if it's indeed something you've experienced, rather than only observed 2nd or 3rd hand)Soph

I am - well, amused is not the word - that the only professional diplomat we have has stayed WELL OUT of most of it.

I have made a conscious, deliberate effort to try to get people to talk to each other, and BOY IS YOUR JOB HARD.

But what if your argument is that telepathy is possible?

Well, if they are arguing against me in that case and still say they can read my mind, it's definitely time to walk away from it!
