Obama Signs Two Environment Memorandas

Memorandas would be a collective noun, I suppose?

Edited to add: I see they've changed it to "memos"!

On the positive side, Obama himself used "datum" correctly in a speech the other day. I nearly fell out of my chair. :)

Memorandas? Oh dear.

Still, I shall put on a brave face and venture that this is an example of the new inclusive America, where Latin and Anglo-Saxon meld joyfully to create a glorious mosaic. Or something.

Memoranda would be the collective noun, but at least he can sign instead of stamping his hoof-print like his predecessor
