Chinese: 異世奇人
Korean: 닥터 후
Japanese: ドクター・フー
Hindi: डॉक्टर हू
Hebrew: דוקטור הו
Farsi: دکتر هو
and
Russian: Доктор Кто
Bulgarian: Доктор Кой

Apart from the last two, I have no idea about the pronunciation - open to being enlightened!

In Hebrew it sounds pretty much like English - the Hebrew word for Doctor being Doctor (when used as a title or honorific; the noun form of doctor is rofeh), and Who having been transliterated.

I quite like the Bulgar version, but the phonemic repetition in the Russian version raises its own issues.

Wouldn't it be 'dokutaa foo' in Japanese?

The フ is a strange one. In my part of Japan, Yamagata it floats between 'hu' and 'fu' depending on the word. A local town, Funagata is often pronounced 'Hunagata', but other common words, e.g Furoshiki (gift wrapping cloth) are pronunced with a 'f' sound.

I looked up the Chinese in the MDBG Chinese Dictionary. The first two characters are yìshì, defined as "sth else / a separate matter / not the same thing / with different jobs (not colleagues) / a remarkable thing / sth special / an odd thing / sth strange or incomprehensible". The third is , "strange / odd / weird / wonderful". The fourth is rén, "man / person". Strange indeed!

The Hindi version would sound like the English one. Almost. The only difference would be the lack of the slight 'h' sounds while pronouncing 'D' and 't'.

Looks like the Hebrew's been done phonetically - though I wouldn't have been able to read it without the vowels if I didn't already know what it said ;-).
